Refunds and Returns
Every product sold by Art Drops is “made to order,” which means it is specifically custom-made just for you, beginning once your order is placed. We are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the Order is placed. Accordingly, ArtDrops does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges 24-hours from the time of placing orders. If you believe there was a mistake made when ordering, please contact us within the 24-hour window via our support page immediately using this link, we are here to help.
Damages to Order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
On those rare occasions, one or more items in an order may be damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your products arrives damaged, we will request you to send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to artDrops. In cases where one or more item(s) is materially damaged, Art Drops may elect to restore or replace the damaged product(s) at artDrops’s sole discretion following a review of the photos submitted (“Damage Review”). To initiate a “damage review” request please use our support page request form, selecting the Damage Review Option, and you will be contacted with instructions.
If requesting a Damage Review, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
photos of damaged areas of product(s) must be clearly visible and submitted in jpeg or .png format.
photos of damage must be received by artDrops within seventy-two (72) hours following the actual delivery date of the applicable order by the shipping provider responsible for delivering the Order.
photos of the damage must have been taken immediately following receipt of the artwork product(s), and the product(s) must not have been hung, placed or otherwise installed prior to photos of the damage being taken.
a Damage Review requires a minimum of thirty (30) business days to complete, and artDrops may elect to replace or repair the damaged product in its sole discretion.
the delivery of a replacement product, if any, will be subject to then existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability and shipping timing, and you may be responsible for payment of return shipping in the event that artDrops elects to repair or replace the Item(s).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Canceling Orders / Disputing Charges
All artwork orders are final 24 hours after placing your order. Orders may not be canceled or exchanged after this period. Any attempt to steal or engage in fraudulent activities, such as filing false claims with a credit card company, is strictly prohibited and will be considered an act of fraud. ArtDrops takes fraud seriously and will vigorously pursue legal action against individuals involved in such activities. Any person found guilty of these acts may be subject to penalties and damages of up to $250,000 per artwork, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We are committed to protecting our artworks and our business and will take swift action against any fraudulent actions to the fullest extent of the law. By purchasing from ArtDrops you explicitly agree to these terms and acknowledge the potential penalties and damages associated with fraudulent actions, theft or a breach of the terms of our policies in any manner.
Lost, Stolen or Missing Deliveries
We expressly disclaim any responsibility for theft or loss of package that has been successfully delivered to the shipping address, as evidenced by valid proof of delivery. Upon delivery confirmation, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We strongly advise customers to ensure the security of the delivered artworks at the designated shipping address.
Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible for replacing items that are reported as missing, stolen or not located, unless such reports are made within a 72-hour window from the documented delivery date. Any claims of non-receipt or missing package must be promptly communicated to us within this specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any claims for replacement or reimbursement.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and secure the delivered packages promptly. We recommend reviewing the delivered items within the 72-hour timeframe to address any concerns or discrepancies. After this period, we assume no responsibility for replacing or reimbursing products reported as missing or not located. If your delivery address has issues withs stolen or missing items, we recommend putting "Signature Required" in the notes of your artwork order at checkout.
