  • Our gallery artworks are handcrafted to perfection locally. Every artwork is custom made to order, using the finest gallery wood and museum grade materials that result in an extraordinary statement piece for your wall. See Collections

  • Please allow up to two weeks for your artwork to arrive. Each piece of artwork is custom-made specifically for you or your collector as soon as an order is placed. Our goal is to achieve perfection in gallery quality for every artwork that we create. Therefore, we anticipate that it can take 7-10 business days to create your artwork, followed by delivery.

  • Photographs are printed on acid-free, artist-grade Premium Archival Matte paper. They are framed with quality wood molding in classic white or black. Each artwork is dry mounted behind scratch and UV resistant frame-grade acrylic. We include a dust cover back with wire and hangers for high quality yet simple hanging.

  • Our wall art is printed on acid-free, artist-grade Premium Archival Matte paper with UV-stable archival ink sets to guarantee lasting quality imagery. Premium Archival Matte Paper is a smooth, neutral-white matte paper for high-quality fine art, photo reproduction, and open-edition decor. The Paper weight used is 300gsm [grams per square meter], which represents the measure of paper’s quality by weight and density. This thicker and more substantial paper makes it more durable and long-lasting. This paper supports high-contrast, high-resolution look with accurate color reproduction and is acid-free for a longer print life.

  • Yes, All artwork prices include printing, custom framing and Free Shipping, continental USA.

  • Our packaging standards ensure you receive products in perfect condition. Protective sleeves, corner guards and heavy-duty recycled cardboard boxes are used to minimize the risk of breakages or transit damage.

    That said, we are Eco minded with Green & lean packaging as an objective. We believe in using sustainably sourced paper or wood from sustainable forests where possible.

  • No, for gifting purposes, we do not include an invoice with your order, just a branded packing slip. We also offer GIFT CARDS if you are unsure what to select for that special someone.

  • No, we do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.

  • If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please let us know as soon as possible by using support link we will track it down or replace it.

  • Each piece is custom printed, mounted, and framed for your order, so we are unable to accept returns. However, if damage occurs during delivery, we will send a replacement.

    Each Art item sold by Art Drops is “made to order,” which means it is specifically made just for you only after you have placed your order. Accordingly, Art Drops does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders after 24 hours from the moment the Order is placed. We also are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after this 24-hour window. If you believe there was a mistake with your order, please contact us via support page using this link as soon as possible.

  • All cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of purchase. No adjustments can be made after framing begins for each piece. It is not possible to make any adjustment once we start the framing process.

  • After 24 hours of placing an order, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges as all pieces are custom made to order.

  • If by any chance your print arrives in less than perfect condition, please use the following link to inform us immediately so that we can assist you and provide “Damage Review “ steps. Kindly take some photos of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in. Also, please make sure to take photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no visible signs of damage. This will help us resolve the issue quicker and help us further perfect shipping.
